Headquartered in Ronse, Belgium, where their main production site also resides, Associated Weavers also has sales offices in the UK and Germany, exporting their creations globally to carpet homes across the world.


Founded during the late 60s, Associated Weavers have continuously kept on top of trends time and time again, providing homes around the globe with creative and unique broadloom carpets, a wall-to-wall solution produced in wide, long rolls, laid on backing material.


Having long since established themselves as experts in everything broadloom, Associated Weavers are constantly producing innovative creations and contemporary ideas to bring their quality carpets to life. Working closely with interior textiles group Belgotex, Associated Weavers are continuously striving to bring technology and product development into their manufacturing process.

    Associated Weavers are incredibly invested in incorporating sustainable practices into their production process, bringing environmentally-friendly production into their business strategy.


    In recent years, Associated Weavers has reduced its ecological footprint by using green energy from its onsite solar plant, home to 12,000 photovoltaic solar panels, as well as reducing their overall energy consumption and ensuring efficient reuse of water. They even reduced their waste produced by 27% between 2015-2020, and their CO2 emissions by 25% during the same time period.


    They also contribute to increasing awareness amongst consumers by using responsibly sourced materials, such as with their Sedna carpet which is made from regenerated nylon, made from their regenerated nylon yarn, Econyl, sourced entirely from waste materials. They have even made their own recycled carpet backing, Eco FusionBac, made from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles.


    Associated Weavers is also a member of ECRA (European Carpet and Rug Association) - a board that actively works to address the major issues facing the flooring sector within Europe - helping to support the plastic strategy within the European Union’s circular economy policies.
