New high-quality accommodation for postgraduate students on the University's Claverton Down campus.

Accommodation will consist of 293 ensuite bedrooms in 37 flats across two buildings arranged around a landscaped courtyard. The flats are organised in pairs with a shared kitchen, diner and flexible social space.

Project budget: £34.5 million

Will open in autumn 2018.
